Submission Methods

1.Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.

Please log in the Electronic Submission System; ( .pdf only) to submit your FULL PAPER (Template).

Important Instructions for Publication:

1. Please following the instruction file (FAQ.docx) to ensure your paper pdf file is qualified.

2. As Procedia follows Camera Ready Copy workflow, PDF format will be used for Production. However, for XML processing purpose, we would request you to provide MS Word files in acceptable formats only ( .Doc & .Docx) along with the PDFs.

Please note that any other format for XML processing shall not be accepted. Please note that there must not be any inconsistency between the PDF and source file.

3. Copyright: The copyright form will be directly sent to the Authors during production.

2.Abstract (Presentation only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Please send the ABSTRACT (Template) to Electronic Submission System.

Submission Requirements

1.Page Requirement: Submitted paper should be at least Four pages under the correct formatting.

2.Extra Pages: The first Five pages are free, extra pages will be charged. At most Eight Pages are acceptable.

3.Policy on Multiple Submissions
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
